My husband and I have eaten from here several times and have never been disappointed. They have delicious food, the service is always wonderful, and the prices are great!

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. When I called I was hung up on twice by the owner. When I finally received my food it was the same food that was prepared 2 hours earlier. I was refused a refund. Had I eaten said food I'm quite certain I would have gotten food poisoning.

Really nice take out restaurant. Sit down dinning available with take out staff. Sauce was a little thin and the shrimp still had the tails on them but overall the food was very good. Orange slices served with bill as well as a hot towel.

Always good food, very fast delivery. Never disappoints. I've eaten in and carried out, they cover both Chinese and Japanese Menus. They are a small location with just a single row of tables but I really don't judge this place on the ambiance. I order mostly delivery and eat in at lunch on some occasions. Also very nice family / staff working.

Save your stomach the problems and go somewhere else to eat. Came in here for a quick takeout and it was not a pleasant experience. They messed up our order which is the most annoying thing a restaurant can do. But no they outdid themselves. They served spoiled food to us! Are you kidding me? You call yourself an establishment? You are disgusting! Any chef that works here and continues to serve people spoiled food should not be in a kitchen. And any restaurant that serves spoiled food knowingly should be out of business. Have some pride.

Pretty close to where I live so I tried their sushi, and dumplings. I've probably had better ones from a deli.

Not my favorite, sushi was okay at best and they had children bringing our our drinks and food. Wouldn't go back.

There is a lot of good stuff on the menu! Good prices and large portions! I love the service they are the sweetest people! Seriously try some of the stuff I mentioned!

Possibly the best sushi I've had in the area. I haven't tried the nicer places in downtown Charleston yet, but as for the Summerville/N.Charleston/Goose Creek area, this is the best I've found. Got a complimentary appetizer of Teriyaki chicken skewers. Delicious and appreciated. Edamame was fresh and not too salty. Lo Mein is above average, can't complain. Sushi was great and fresh. Yummy Yummy roll was large and delicious. Eel roll was good, but could use more eel. My wife thought the rice wasn't great, but I found no issues with it. Meal ends with super juicy orange slices and hot steamy towels. I like it.

One of the best places for honey chicken here in Charleston. Family run business and everyone is so sweet.

Some of the worst sushi I have ever had. The crunchy tuna roll was the only decent roll. The miso soup was disgusting. And their damn container the sushi came in cut my finger open like a samurai sword. I will not be going back.

Sushi was mediocre. Chinese food was delicious! I had the sesame chicken & fried rice. Also ordered the crab rangoon, which was good. Will definitely be back. I went when they have their special, which i believe is 11-3pm, it was a great amount of food for under $6, it included my sesame chicken, rice and an egg roll. Great deal! The waiter was also attentive & nice

Mom and pop Chinese food place off the beaten path, much farther than I anticipated, complete with three kids stuck hanging out at the family business. It was empty when we got there, not a good sign at 5:30p weeknight. Maybe most of their business is take out. I got the house special won ton soup - won tons, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and another type of dark meat in a very plain broth. A kitchen sink soup of sorts. I should've just stuck with the plain won ton. My main was the Szechuan beef - not spicy at all, just a plate of julienned veg in a plain brown sauce with beef. Overall, I wouldn't avoid this place but I'm not making the trek up again. Staff was pleasant and attentive and the place was clean. Wish the food just had more flavor.

It was ok, it didn't really held up to my expectations.... The food wasn't bad and the price was cheap so I guess you pay for what you get

I come to Charleston a couple times per year and this was a pleasent surprise this trip! Ordered all the typical Chinese dishes: seeet & sour chicken & pork, lo mein, fried rice. Got some sushi too and it qas delicious! The online ordering was super-easy although this user made an error on a sushi roll, but the philly roll with salmon was just perfect (I thought I had ordered it with shrimp, oops). Very polite service and the food was ready when I arrived!

Really great, low cost lunch specials for Chinese and Sushi! I've heard people having bad experiences with the sushi but I've enjoyed the lunch specials so far. Very much a small business and popular for take out even during lunch.

I should have listened to the bad reviews. I went there to get sushi to go and not only did they forget about my order until I walked back in to pick it up therefor having to wait anyway but it was horrible. I was in a rush after waiting so long for my forgotten order I didn't check it. Here's why that's important: I asked for no white fish on my rainbow roll. So instead of filling in that empty space with component ingredients they put shrimp on it! I AM DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP! After that I only had half of a roll! Good thing I got two so I had two 1/2 terrible rolls to make for a crappy lunch. Also the place is dark, dank, and has a weird smell. The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because any lower isn't possible. Go to Sushi 101 up in Goose Creek if you want good sushi. Having been to Japan so many times I'm familiar with what good sushi really is, Yummy Yummy is not good sushi!

Love this place! Going in or just grabbing takeout, it doesn't matter. Their sushi is simple and delicious, and the General Tso's shrimp is one of the best. The owners are incredibly nice - my friends and I go in enough that we are recognized...it is a delicious experience every time.

It was great!! We had delivery the food was hot and on time. We will order again. We had beef Mongolian and pork pansit . The portion size was large enough to share and still have enough for lunch. The crab ran goons were also exceptional. I would give a rating of 4.75 out of 5.

Very good sushi sold here, it's a little Chinese restaurant in a small strip center, it's nice and clean and the service was great. I don't eat Chinese but the sushi is fresh and perfectly prepared. The location is pretty neat as it sits right outside of a neighborhood, the residents can actually walk there for dinner.

This place is an amazing find! Attentive staff, very clean restaurant, excellent menu variety and prices, and everything I have tried is fantastic- including their sushi, pad Thai, and hibachi. Really a must-try place, especially on this side of town!

Good food & great service. It is a small restaurant that is just off Dorchester & Ashley Phosphate so a little hard to spot. I have been there two times and on both occasions we have been completely happy. The first time we got sweet and sour chicken with rice which I loved. The second time we ordered some sushi and it was excellent.

Yummy Yummy is Amazing. Great prices. Arguably the best sushi in Charleston. I have tried Sushi in all the great places in Charleston and this beats them all. My favorite meal at Yummy Yummy is Honey Chicken.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
